Samantha Reich

Samantha is a believer that yoga is for everyone. She seeks to inspire, guide, and serve yogis of all ages and abilities to develop a healthier mind, body, and spirit. She does this by consistently being prepared, gaining knowledge, and having a focused intention in her own practice. She has completed a 200-hour yoga training with Root to Rise Yoga in Farmington and a 200-hour yoga training with Divine Yoga in Fruit Heights. Through her life experiences, she has learned that there is so much potential in each person and wants to help others see that potential in themselves. She is fascinated by the benefits of yoga– so don’t be surprised if you hear her talk about how yoga can improve our sleep, help us heal, decrease our stress, or how yoga makes us stronger for our favorite sports or pastimes. She has a passion for studying German history and has a degree in German language from the University of Utah. Samantha loves to read, listen to podcasts, spend time with family, mountain bike and hang out with her cats!
