Holly Ferguson

I turned to yoga ten plus years ago to find help for my injuries.  I quickly learned that I could get injured in yoga too. What?!? I realized that I had a lot to learn about myself.  The past ten years have given me amazing insight into my physical and emotional habits.  I have perfected, well, zero, of those habits, however, this awareness has helped shape the person and teacher I am today.  I am still learning and growing from every minute spent on and off the mat.  I hope to help others become more in tune with their own bodies and to create happiness within!
