Sacred Sunday Flow with Ayesha

An awakening to the Divine within and surrounding you.  This 90 minute practice is designed to open the physical container through movement, conscious breath-work, sacred sound and meditation to create space for your innermost layers to be felt, seen, accepted, and sometimes transformed into that which serves your highest truth.  Together, we will create a sacred container for self reflection and learn practical application of these teachings into our modern lives.
