Come emerge yourself in a beyoutiful meditation series as we connect, meditate, journal & dig deep into a discussion on our theme followed with tai chi to release and let go.  We then dive into a powerful vinyasa flow or gentle restorative yoga poses depending on the theme and end with a therapeutic reiki healing light touch massage during savasana with a beautiful sound bath.  You will leave feeling connected, inspired, rejuvenated and refreshed.
